We are actively looking for charitable projects benefiting older people in Africa and India. We would be happy to hear from anyone who knows of a suitable project.

TerraBlu is interested in giving its staff a wider perspective on Social Care, not just in the UK but overseas. As part of the company's plan to maintain staff interest and offer greater challenges, we hope to offer staff secondment to these projects.

Through our Care Academy and professional development programmes we are hoping some of our support workers will be keen to become Care Ambassadors. They will establish and develop links with these overseas projects and make proactive suggestions as to how TerraBlu can benefit this wider community.
