Private Clients

TerraBlu’s clients responsible for paying for their own care directly are termed ‘Private Clients’, even if the money was received from Social Services under Direct Payments or other arrangements. In such instances TerraBu can offer more personalised, individual care according to the needs and wants of their clients.

Private clients expect the highest level of support and service and are able to decide themselves how they wish to vary their support package. The assistance available in addition to standard care services includes a concierge signposting service covering gardening and special meal preparation. Additional services can be arranged if required.

The duration of private client calls is monitored electronically. An itemised invoice is automatically generated weekly that reflects the actual call times monitored by computer.
