Non-native Employees

Understanding that TerraBlu employees ‘genuinely care’ and are very special people required to carry out demanding work, the company now recruits beyond the UK, with overall good results. The company is currently looking towards Poland, Sweden and Denmark for staff with care experience, but welcomes applicants from all nationalities and ethnic backgrounds.

The need to communicate effectively is, of course, essential in care work. Conversational English is required, with the chance to improve language skills when in position.
