CareR OF THE MONTH

TerraBlu introduced its Carer of the Month programme back in March 2007. The aim of this programme is primarily to let carers know that their exceptional work is appreciated by both clients and the company.

Clare Derrick has been awarded CoTM for her dedication and caring nature. She is popular with clients and communicates well any concerns.  Her time-keeping is good in spite of using a bicycle to attend calls. She makes every effort to reach clients even in extreme snow, making her way by foot if necessary.
