CareR OF THE MONTH

TerraBlu introduced its Carer of the Month programme back in March 2007. The aim of this programme is primarily to let carers know that their exceptional work is appreciated by both clients and the company.

Kim Murrell has been awarded ‘COTM’ in recognition of her high standards. She is always cheerful despite long hours and being constantly asked by her care co-ordinator to do more. Punctual and professional, she is an excellent mentor to other members of her team. She is also actively involved in adapting care packages as clients’ needs change.
