These are the exceptional people that the company wishes to attract, maintain and reward. The company is happy to hear from people wishing to build on their career in care from all experience: entry level, carer level, senior carers and care co-ordinators.

All staff are trained to NVQ (National Vocational Qualification) level 2 after six months. Senior carers are trained to NVQ3 level.

Many carers have their own families and child care issues. Care co-ordinators build these preferences into work allocations, with regard to the hours and locations covered.
