Some TerraBlu support workers have specialist training in working with younger clients with disabilities. In many ways, these children and their families can be the most demanding clients. Support and understanding for the parent, from both the management team and carer, is almost as important as the care necessary for the child.
For clients managing their funds under Direct Payments or Individual Budgets, we can tailor our service, backed up with itemised weekly billing and computer recorded call times. This all helps clients with their audit responsibilities to KCC and other authorities. TerraBlu
