TerraBlu treats its clients as individuals and valued members of the community. In order to maintain continuity of care, with the same support team serving the same clients, carers have been arranged into geographical ‘patches’. Needs are assessed carefully and there is an established review procedure. Where possible, personal preferences and client routines are catered to.


TerraBlu provides a range of services, from personal care requirements to assistance with trips out. The company also often provides support to family carers, allowing a break from caring and helping to make life easier for everyone at home.



According to the latest CSCI report, people using TerraBlu found agency staff to be ‘kind and helpful, providing support in a manner that fully respects their privacy and dignity’. Clients interviewed also said that staff made them ‘feel comfortable’, ‘at ease’ and that there was flexibility within their support package.

With an understanding of its limitations, the agency will not take on clients if it feels unable or lacking in the required skills, at the time, to meet the individual's needs.
